  • Achievement of monthly/quarterly/yearly sales targets in line with Segment manager.

  • Generating new sales leads within the territory with existing or new customers/distributors.

  • Calculating the market size estimation within the territory – “Market Intelligence”

  • Contributing with the new products that are or will be launched relevant to the steering unit.

  • Enhance the brand sales, brand visibility and brand reachability.

  • Control the distribution pricing and quality levels in regards of service, storage, deliveries and visibility.

  • Development of the distribution network design within the aspects of the requirements of the AG division; development and support of suitable and adequate Original Equipment Supplier network within South Africa across the relevant sub-industry segments.

  • Visiting end users sold directly or indirectly through distributors regularly in order to bring the latest technological solutions of Industrial Adhesives division.

  • Conducting regular Group Selling Activities (GSA’s) to promote the full range of technologies and solutions to the distributor network and end users.

  • Interacting with internal functions namely customer service, supply chain, technical service, marketing, OTC (Finance) to ensure smooth account management.

  • Ensure all customer disputes relating to invoicing, accounts, stock are handled in timeous manner and communicated to the respective stakeholders.

  • Coordination of account activities namely, accounts receivables, new account opening, price list updates, and timely update of the customer records to the related departments.

  • Making sure that monthly 3 months’ future sales forecasts are sent in the first 3 working day of each month.

  • Number of projects, number of overdue projects, projects closing rates within Capris (or future nominated CRM management tool).

  • Providing the Segment Manager expected forecast of new materials / products required from closing of such projects within timely manner.


  • Proven experience in Vehicle Body repairs, spray painting and windscreen fitting.
  • At least 3 years Mechanical/ Repairs experience.
  • Thorough knowledge of customers, product and market.
  • Strong Negotiation and Selling skills.
  • Strong Interpersonal relationship skills.
  • Above average Numeracy and Computer literacy.
