YOUR ROLE

  • Responsible for agents to fulfill administrative and operational tasks.
  • Guarantee knowledge, follow up, backup and synergies between areas in order to keep a professional relation with stakeholders and vendors.
  • Follow up vendors, and support team.
  • In charge of event logistics and follow up to invoices and everything relate to the events.


YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor´s Degree in Administrative careers.
  • Advanced English level
  • Experience of one year as a team lead
  • Experience with stakeholders
