YOUR ROLE

  • Delivering recognized added value for stakeholders by strategic and operational HR support for marketing functions within our Business Unit Adhesive Technologies
  • Driving a strong and diverse Talent pipeline for the business unit by designing a talent strategy and leverage holistically across the organization
  • Designing effective and integrated programs to facilitate High Potential development across Strategic Business Units, Strategy Focus Areas and Functions. Conceptual set-up and Implementation of Mid and Senior Management talent pool
  • Setting-up internal and external Talent Pipeline
  • Coordination, Program and Event development & engagement (e.g. newsletter, facilitation and active community management, upskilling ideas for talents)
  • Coordination of open positions and talent & succession management
  • Acting as the business unit’s ambassador for employer branding initiatives in close cooperation with Global CoE
  • Developing and implementing a cross-Adhesive Technologies onboarding program

YOUR SKILLS

  • Master’s degree in business administration, HR or other related area
  • At least 5 years of mixed, international experience in HR Business Partner and conceptual HR roles; alternatively an HR consultancy background could be relevant
  • Experience in Project Management and high level of conceptual design
  • Business fluent in English
  • Motivated, dynamic and result-oriented team player with the willingness to learn new things
  • Being able to deal with complexity
  • Strong analytical, conceptual thinking combined with strong project management skills
