YOUR ROLE

  • Lead and execute sales account plan (technical & commercial) in / at defined territory / account Execute local sales plans (short, mid & long term) and tactics to maintain and develop customers Execute customer roadmap and manage/close respective ACE growth opportunities Execute pricing actions Build and maintain relationships with customers Provide input to Manager on customer needs, business trends, competitive situations in territory Coordinate with TCS to conduct line trials / (re)solve customer requests and complaints Deliver KP OSG and PC% in territory

YOUR SKILLS

  • Mexico Central/Bajio Area 
  • Chemical Engineer or similar Automotive Industry experience Willing to move residence 
  • A solid technical background (Metal pretreatmenat and Sealers) 
  • Teamworking
  • Build relationships with clients quickly 
  • Analytical and problem-solving 
  • Resilience and tenacity Independence 
  • Fluid English (Spoken, written) 
  • A full driving licence 
  • Availability to travel
