Key Account Manager, Salon Centric - Sexy Hair

  • Develops and implements strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals and achievement of accounts' sales targets and objectives within required budget

  • Prepares customer monthly sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, inventory and areas of proposed client base expansion

  • Work closely with internal team and accounts to develop and execute customized, strategic promotions and sell-thru initiatives

  • Regular communication and on-going support of account needs to execute business plans, inclusive of: new product and promotional sell-in, meeting organization, new item set up, provision of assets, planograms & events

  • Analyze retail data to forecast and make promotional recommendations for existing customer growth

  • Manages and tracks allowance and co-op process


  • Experience working with a manufacturer in the professional beauty industry 5+ years in the professional beauty industry

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred Possesses an entrepreneurial spirit while operating within corporate guidelines

  • Proven record of aggressive sales growth Must be able to create Strategic Business Plans that are based on sales activity, assessing the cost of the plan to budgets and determining the success of the plan through measurement

  • Strength in analyzing sales numbers as it relates to sales planning, growth opportunities and expense budgets

  • Ability to analyze data combine with market understanding and develop and communicate results, ideas and strategies 25% travel Solution oriented individual to work through roadblocks

  • Proficient use of Word, Excel, Power Point Excellent oral, written and presentation skills
