Sales Analyst - Drug Channel

YOUR ROLE

  • The Sales Analyst is responsible for leading all analytical and technical support for our Laundry and Home Care brands
  • Provide functional support including strategic framework around the facts and data used to support our customer and business and manage key sales systems and forecast
  • Reside as expert in data systems used to support the business: IRI, Extra Care Data, Rite Aid 1010 Data, Capris, Color
  • Effectively communicate and influence decisions for the sales leadership team
  • Facilitate the fact-based selling process by creating a narrative for the business cases based in facts and data; Play a leadership role in developing both internal and customer presentations
  • Formulate recommendations for the sales team based on insight from complex market data
  • Manage processing and articulating insights relative to customer directed requests
  • Lead the design and communication of all internal and external POS reporting and customer scorecards
  • Design reporting for pre and post feature tracking; provide trend analysis to support in the forecast process; own the sales forecast input into internal systems and planning process; coordinate the customer item setup process

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree plus 2-5 years of successful experience with CPG analytics or related field. Familiarity with syndicated data highly preferable
  • Strong analytical and technical experience and knowledge. Excellent systems proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong oral and written communication; excellent time management, ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Experience working in a complex organization and driving collaboration with cross functional teams
