Customer Support Specialist

  • Leads cross-functional project teams to address supply chain and customer issues, (e.g. product rationalization).
  • Develops an understanding of customer requirements and supply chain capabilities, and demonstrates this by satisfying customer request.
  • Ensures customer requirements are met by coordinating service delivery on orders and helping to resolve issues. 
  • Determines project priorities and aligns resources for successful resolution. 
  • Assists internal project reporting and administration. 
  • Must be prepared to discuss project quality, contribution to customer satisfactions and project success metrics during regularly scheduled and ad hoc project review meetings with managing supervisor / mgr / director.
  • Expert at determining customer requirements, assessing Henkel's ability to meet them and making recommendations.
  • Oversees and validates team members' accuracy of customer records on SAP system.


  • Two-year college degree or an equivalent combination of training and work experience.

  • Minimum of two years’ experience in customer support or inside sales.
  • Industrial business-to-business experience required.
  • Project Management experience is a plus.
  • SAP experience is a plus..
