Innovation Project Manager, Aerospace Surface Treatment

YOUR ROLE

  • Lead, review, and execute one or many Innovation projects

  • Define & manage project milestones to ensure alignment with AEI SBU plans and Inno Strategy – financial business plans, technical roadmaps, customer roadmaps, positioning, risk analysis incl. mitigation plan 

  • Lead and motivate project cross-functional teams

  • Identify potential key gaps and provide alternative solutions in order to meet the business targets

  • Single point of contact for the project(s)

  • Drive project execution; manage project definition, planning, and implementation activities, in one or several single projects in ADP

  • Maintain accurate project information

  • Manage and coach project team members on their project work deliverables

  • Organize and lead project meetings focused on project level deliverables

  • Regularly update senior management and stakeholders on project progress

  • Support product launch in manufacturing and ensure adequate quality before launch

YOUR SKILLS

  • University degree in Business Management / Engineering / Science / Chemistry - MBA preferred - PMP certification desired

  • 3 or more years of Project Management or similar experience

  • 3 or more years of TCS/ Sales/ Mktg experience

  • Must have a combination of project management skills and technology knowledge

  • Experience in projects on technology or product development
