YOUR ROLE

  • Cyber Security Awareness is part of the global cyber defense management department at Henkel. In this team, global awareness and communication initiatives are being planned and rolled-out globally
  • Together with the rest of the team you will work on the strategic awareness and communications planning, campaign handling and conception and execution of new approaches to be implemented for the complete company
  • Develop further the existing training catalogue
  • Handle a broad range of communication channels and delivery methods (classroom trainings, e-learnings, digital communication, phishing campaign,..), focusing on an overall global program, but also covering target group specific content
  • Be responsible to stay up to date on recent topics in the area of cyber security and can summarize them in articles for non-technical target groups
  • Support the team in the administrative and organizational tasks related to the execution of trainings and events

YOUR SKILLS

  • Master’s degree in business administration with focus on Marketing, Communication, Information Science, or Information Security, or a university degree with comparable professional experience
  • First experience in IT is an advantage (also internship)
  • Basic knowledge of cyber security topics is an advantage
  • Fluent English and German; a third language is an advantage
  • Perfect communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent analysis and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment and communicate appropriately
