Field Sales Manager, Beauty Care Retail-Laundry & Home Care

YOUR ROLE

  •  A stimulating job leading and developing the sales field team of 7 sales representatives and participating in establishing the short and long-term business targets and strategies.

  • You will be responsible for establishing and implementing the field sales objectives for distribution, volume, display and promotion in line with KAM agreements and account plans.

  • You will train, lead, track, motivate and coach the sales team and follow-up the development on regular basis.

  • You monitor and evaluate customer development, market conditions and competitive actions. 

  • You will work to ensure the optimal information flow by coordinating the information between different internal and external parties. 

  • The position is located in Stockholm, Sweden.

YOUR SKILLS

  • You have a University degree in business/economics.
  • You have experience from similar duties within the FMCG industry. Experience from Swedish grocery trade and/or another international brand supplier is preferable.
  • You are familiar with category management way of thinking.
  • You have previous experience of leadership and coaching, you have the ability to build successful teams and create a winning spirit.
  • You have strong and good organizational, communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • You are methodical, analytical, result oriented and have a strong individual drive.
  • You are able to work without supervision, make priorities and work towards long and short term goals.
  • You are fluent in English and Swedish.
  • You have good knowledge in the Microsoft Office
  • You are willing to travel.
