Technical Customer Service Manager

YOUR ROLE 

•Provide technical support for the launch of new products or new lines or process, including line trials and line audits.

•Attend to customer complaints or troubleshooting with high technical expertise.

•Plan technical meetings with customers to ensure the efficiency of production

•Provide technical training to Sales Engineers

•Keep account management team updated on technical discussions with customer

Provide inputs to Product Development regarding application or processing equipment



YOUR SKILLS 

  • Bachelor’s or Masters degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or Masters Degree in Chemistry or PHD 
  • Preferable years of total Experience: 10+
  • Experience in the filed of adhesive or Body sealing or coatings.
  • candidate with technical knowledge.
