Territory Sales Manager

YOUR ROLE 

  • Business Development activities and identification of new opportunities and prospects in assigned area.
  • Taking care of sales with focused on achieving predefined sales target and growth. Forecasting and planning monthly sales target and executing them in given time frame.
  • New product development with customer, sample submission and getting approval at customer end.
  • Maintaining fruitful relationships with OEM’s Client and Tier I and local premium customers
  • Locating/proposing potential business deals for the company by contacting potential partners/customers and by discovering and exploring opportunities.
  • Focusing on developing the accounts through networking and negotiation.
  • Co-ordinating with functional departments to meet out the requirement of customers


YOUR SKILLS 

  • Bachelors of Engineering from Mechanical, chemical, plastic and polymer. 
  • With minimum 5 years of experience direct and distribution sales.
  • Preferably from adhesives, paints, ink or any chemical company.   
  • Candidate with good negotiation skills.
  • Should have good application knowledge
  • Sound  technical knowledge.
