Regional Controller

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  

  • Actively partner with all facets of the Regional business to drive and steer financial forecasting, monthly reporting, governance and analysis for key business partners 
  • Liaise actively as the primary contact to the Regional Businesses for all matters related to operational financial accounting, including monthly closing, analysis and management reporting 
  • Prepare monthly & quarterly financial performance reviews, variance and profitability analysis and identify areas for improvement 
  • Develop excellent understanding of in-house financial reporting and sales reporting systems, including interpreting and communicating key financial information 
  • Guide and assist business partners through the end-to-end Capital Expenditure process, including providing relevant project information and proactive follow-up on project submission, tracking & closures 
  • Collaborate closely with manufacturing / supply chain and provide transparency on profitability


  • 3 to 5 years experience in Finance / Controlling 
  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA, CMA preferred 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Demonstrated leadership and influencing skills 
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize deliverables in a fast-paced, dynamic Business Controlling environment
  • Strong communication skills, including ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders across all levels of management 
  • Very strong quantitative skills, including proficiency in MS Excel, including experience with Lookups, Pivot Tables, Indexing, etc.
