Tu función

  • Achievement of monthly/quarterly/yearly sales targets in line with Segment manager.
  • Generating new sales leads within the territory with existing or new customers/distributors.
  • Calculating the market size estimation within the territory – “Market Intelligence” 
  • Contributing with the new products that are or will be launched relevant to the steering unit. 
  • Visiting end users sold directly or indirectly through distributors regularly in order to bring the latest technological solutions of Industrial Adhesives division.
  • Conducting regular Group Selling Activities (GSA’s) to promote the full range of technologies and solutions to the distributor network and end users. 
  • Number of projects, number of overdue projects, projects closing rates within CRM

Tus habilidades

  • Proven experience in body repairs, spray painting and windscreen fitting.
  • Solid experience with mechanical/repairs
  • Strong negotiation and selling skills
  • Strong interpersonal relationship skills
  •  Above average numeracy and computer literacy
