YOUR ROLE

Increase success in Kenra Professional salons and distributor stores within geographic territory, with specific focus on foundational salons and distributor stores

  • Follow and implement the sales processes as trained in the Sales Academy 
  • Grow the Kenra Professional share of wallet in existing business and prospect for new salons to increase Kenra business in geographic territory 
  • Educate and train salons, distributor stores, distributor consultants through dynamic facilitation of trainings and meetings 
  • Ensure long-term success of foundation salons through effective implementation of Kenra Professional Loyalty Program 
  • Ensure the success of Kenra Professional promotions and initiatives in salons and stores 
  • Attend and ensure successful shows, meetings, and events within territory 
  • Implement and document weekly and monthly responsibilities in a timely manner 
  • Maintain and update customer profile database 
  • Be able to travel up to 75% to support the business 
  • Increase overall

YOUR SKILLS


  • Bachelors Degree and/or Licensed Cosmetologist preferred 
  • 2+ years in sales role in beauty industry preferred but not required 
  • 1-3 years within the Henkel Beauty Care Group preferred
