Team Manager, Central Payment Management

  • Support Henkel's strategic priorities through Central Payment Management and Regional Treasury by managing the day-to-day operations of the team and lead the team towards achieving company's goals, objectives and projects
  • Ensure all Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators are met by ensuring strict compliance to closing timetable, collaborate with stakeholders in the delivery and alignment of Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators
  • Ensure quality of Financial Accounting reporting and external reporting are delivered with
    quality including Balance Sheet accounts are fully reconciled and analyzed regularly, bank accounting is performed on a daily basis with regular clearing of reconciling items
  • Ensure sustainability of group operations, including succession planning and
    business continuity through the review of organizational structure regularly, people
    development, and ensuring back-up system is in place
  • Ensure Henkel Corporate Governance and Henkel Standards are strictly complied with


  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in any finance related course, preferably a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or with Master's Degree in Business Administration
  • Minimum of three (3) years related to Central Payment Management/Treasury and Seven (7) years total working experience in either Audit or Treasury (Banking/Corporate Finance) and strong background in Bank Reconciliation and payments processing
  • Must be assertive, hands-on, experienced in working with diverse cultural background and excellent verbal/written communications skills in English
  • Intermediate Excel skills using formulas and functionalities; Knowledgeable in SAP
  • Preferably with experience in process improvement projects
