Business Development Manager - Pravana

YOUR ROLE

  • Provide assigned customers with clear communication of all things PRAVANA
  • Direct the field Market Development Managers (MDM) based on priorities of sell through activities that will drive new doors and sell through results
  • Work with Sr. Sales Planner on forecasting, inventory analytics, sell in and sell through information, and others related information to effectively manage the sales process
  • Assist with managing the “discounts and allowances” L6 compliance processes for the company. Work directly with the VP of Sales on expectations and deliverables for this process
  • Work with Sales Planner and Demand Planning on forecasting of promotions and new product launches for assigned customers.
  • Work cross functionally with the Marketing and Education teams to provide tools and resources for the field sales team.
  • Maintain consistent daily/weekly communication with Key Account Managers, as well as internal support team members to assure proper communication and execution

YOUR SKILLS

  • Proven Sales background with 5+ years of experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent role experience.
  • High proficiency with MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, and other administrative tools.
  • Team player with strong communication skills and ability to clearly articulate ideas through concise & timely written correspondence.
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking and project planning skills with the ability to work with cross functional team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to gather and analyze information to develop fact-based recommendations.
