YOUR ROLE

  • Driving and implementing sales and channel excellence strategies regionally
  • The overarching task is driving and implementing standards to enhance the power and efficiency of customer facing teams
  • Ensure the aligned messaging across all regions
  • Drive and support strategic programs on sales and channel excellence regionally
  • Test and roll out new applications/ functionalities for sales and channel excellence 
  • Develop and provide input into the Sales Excellence training curriculum and best practice methodology


YOUR SKILLS

  • Masters Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or another relevant field
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in Marketing or Sales
  • Minimum of 5 years total professional experience, preferred in international environment
  • High level of motivation and team player
  • Fluent English skills
