Field Service Representative

YOUR ROLE

  • Responsible for all technical aspects of identified key customers and interface with all levels of customer facility personnel

  • Conduct and communicate routine processes audits to ensure customer processes are operating within recommended specifications

  • Troubleshooting customer processes as well as train customer personnel with respect to Henkel products, processes and equipment

  • Prioritize daily schedule to maximize exposure to the customer developing service strategies and activities to cultivate new business opportunities while providing outstanding customer service.

  • Identify, prioritize and execute projects in support of critical product and process issues required to maintain or increase profitable sales growth

  • Support new product development activities and team programs that are fully capable of meeting customer expectations and travel up to 60%

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering or relevant technical field. 0 – 2 years’ experience in relevant technical field.

  • Must have a strong work ethic and excellent customer relationship skills.

  • Strong PC capability.

  • Ability to work independently or as part of a cross-functional team on complex technical projects.

  • Experience with manufacturing processes and industrial chemistry desired
