Head of Integrated Management System - North America

YOUR ROLE

  • Owner of the regional IMS and member of the Global IMS team
  • Drive Regional matrix certification to ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 and other standards as IATF 16949 required in the region/SBU. Main contact with the 3rd party registrar in the region ensure 3rd party registrar audits required to maintain certifications are planned, conducted and closed
  • Coordinate implementation of the standards required in the region.
  • Deploy global IMS policies & procedures into all sites within the region.
  • Provide input into global IMS strategy and 3rd party certification strategy
  • Ensure IMS documentation is properly understood, carried out and evaluated at all levels.
  • Lead IMS governance process for all functional areas as part of the IMS in the region.
  • Ensure internal and external audits required to maintain certifications are planned, conducted and closed.
  • Ensure that customers specific requirements are taken into account in the IMS.
  • Monitor the performance of integrated Management system (IMS) in the Region.
  • Coach regional process owners to properly document and cascading their process within the IMS
  • Ensure the cascade and training of the new standards and tools.
  • Ensure registration services are billed according to contractual requirements.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Degree in chemistry, engineering, Business Administration or related discipline

  • Years of total Experience: 7+

  • Years Exp. in Integrated management System: 5+

  • Experience / knowledge of quality, safety and environmental international standards where Henkel Adhesive has certificates such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS18001/ISO45001, IATF16949, etc.

  • Experience with advanced quality methods and tools such as FMEA, APQP, MSA, A3, 8D.

  • Lead Auditor in the standards where Henkel Adhesive sites in the region has certificates
