Pilot Plant Process Engineer

YOUR ROLE

  • Develop repeatable and robust manufacturing processes for new formulations as defined by our development colleagues meeting cost, efficiency, and quality targets

  • Act as the main point of contact between manufacturing and innovation to ensure and effective technology transfer

  • Support process engineering initiatives in the plant locations based on expertise and prepare Capital Expenditure Requests for capital requirements based on technology needs

  • Utilize sound engineering principles to solve complex scale-up and manufacturing based problems

  • Ensure all SHE requirements are met for commercialization

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering (MS Preferred)

  • Up to 3 years of industrial work experience

  • Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Demonstrated strong creative problem-solving skills

  • Experience with LEAN/6Sigma techniques are preferred
