What advice would you give to a young graduate starting at Henkel?

Achievement does not go unnoticed in Henkel and the company has a very novel way of recognizing people for their achievements which motivates them to achieve even more.
What I love about my job is the collaborative environment. I love having a voice. The whole team works together to make the ideas of each person happen. We all support each other and work together, offering creative feedback and then making our ideas a reality.
I love being appreciated and listened to. I prefer teamwork. Different team members contribute different perspectives, and the synergy between team members can produce creative and productive results.
My advice is to work with Henkel R&D. It turns ideas into products – actual new products. And it also improves the knowledge of scientific theory. This turns into further innovation and discovery as the knowledge increases. The part that you innovate is development. It's exciting because this is where the answers are discovered and implanted with additional focus on its people and their own development.
