Henkel Iberica renews Diversity Charter

Henkel Iberica has renewed its membership to the Diversity Charter in Spain, showing its commitment to corporate social responsibility. Led by the European Commission’s Directorate-General of Employment, Social Affairs and Inclusion, the Diversity Charter is a written commitment signed by Henkel and other institutions to promote equality.

Henkel has implemented specific inclusion programs, which are constantly developed and focus on three major areas: nationality, gender and age. Employing people with different cultural and professional backgrounds enriches team work and helps achieve more innovative and creative results. This is why Henkel Iberica employs people from 20 nationalities. Another key aspect for Henkel when forming work groups is to integrate people of different ages.
