Two Henkel brands awarded „Product of the Year“ in 2017

The store shelves are packed with products and it’s hard to decide which ones to pick. In the US, 40,000 consumers vote for the best products of the year to help fellow shoppers make purchase decisions. And this year Henkel scored twice: Schwarzkopf Keratin Color and Snuggle Plus SuperFresh were awarded “Product of the Year” in their respective categories.

Schwarzkopf Keratin Color

In 2015, Schwarzkopf was launched in the US in an exclusive partnership with Walmart. It then did not take long for the hair coloring brand Schwarzkopf Keratin Color to gain considerable market shares. The brand has significantly expanded its market presence in January 2016 and can now be found at all of the most important retailers in the USA and Canada. Thanks to its unique Keratin Care Complex System for care and protection during and after coloring, Keratin Color delivers 100 percent gray coverage and fuller hair with up to 80 percent less hair breakage. Additionally, its Ammonia Control Technology ensures a low-odor coloring experience.

In September 2016, Henkel closed the acquisition of The Sun Products Corporation thus reaching the No. 2 position in the North American laundry care market. The fabric conditioner Snuggle is part of the acquired leading brands. Snuggle Plus SuperFresh is the only dryer sheet on the market with odor-eliminating technology. Along with Snuggle Plus SuperFresh fabric conditioner, it provides a regimen designed to help eliminate tough odors from your laundry.
