- Review, analyze, and approve digital process documentations in Signavio, ensuring documentation accuracy and alignment with BPMN (Business Process Modeling and Notation) modeling standards
- Manage Signavio licenses by administering modeler licenses, maintaining user group structure, and conducting user cleanup for efficient license usage
- Prepare detailed Signavio Master Reports to help provide decision-making insights to the Signavio Governance Team
- Ensure process modeling data integrity and consistency by conducting approver and dictionary cleanup regularly; Address Signavio and BPMN related queries effectively through a group mailbox, providing timely assistance and solutions to users
- Drive process improvements and conduct ad hoc analyses to continuously improve business processes
