What you'll do
- Determine the strategic approach to key accounts, aligning teams, innovation, and product development with customer expectations to drive business results focusing on Tier 1 footwear manufacturers
- Lead a team dedicated to innovation project development and execution at our top customers' development centers in Taichung, TW
- Demonstrate professional global project management, ensuring transparency on Henkel activities and delivered value to customers
- Cultivate robust and lasting relationships with customers and internal stakeholders across all communication levels
- Control and support pricing, claims, payment, and contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms for Henkel
- Regularly interact with Henkel Sales, Application Engineering, Marketing, and Innovation teams across Asia and India to ensure seamless collaboration
- Lead negotiations with an intelligent, highly strategic, and multi-faceted approach, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes
- Ensure a timely and strategic response to customer inquiries, product developments, and market changes, employing an agile and resourceful approach
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor’s degree in related field is required
- Strong technical background, preferably in science or engineering, providing a solid foundation for understanding and communicating complex technical solutions to clients is required
- Minimum of ten (10) years experience in Sales, Key Account Management of chemical industry and/or manufacturing of Sports/Fashion Market is required
- Minimum of five (5) years experience in people management is required
- Good communication skills in Mandarin and English are required ; Ability to work seamlessly with diverse team members across multiple countries and time zones, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment
- Excellent command of MS Office is required
- Base location is Taichung and able to go business trip abroad and/or countrywide if needed
- Proven ability to lead and coach a high-performing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development
- Strong sales and account management skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Proficient in navigating a matrix organization, leading through strategic thinking, and adept at building relationships with professionals at various organizational levels through effective communication and interpersonal skills
