About this position
What you´ll do
- Responsible for the public facility equipment’s maintenance, such as TPM work.
- Analyze the root cause of the public facilities breakdown, repair the breakdown equipment and take preventive measures.
- Improve the public facilities, reduce energy consumption and breakdown, and enhance efficiency.
- Supervise and coordinate the on-site construction of contractors with other departments.
- Temporary tasks assigned by team leader.
- Follow SHE&Q requirement IATF16949/ISO 45001/ISO14001/270001/50001/MES etc.
What makes you a good fit
- Electrician certificate is required.
- More than 2 years of maintenance work experience in the shopfloor.
- Proactive in work, able to proactively identify problems and independently repair and solve them.
- Optimize the maintenance solutions and reduce related maintenance cost.
- High awareness of construction safety and quality.
- Prefer to have the maintenance experience about round-source heat pump systems \ cold storage\VOC system\ High voltage distribution room\air compressor unit\chiller unit.
- Good communication skills and efficient work ability.
