关于此职位

  • 执行半导体实验室相关实验工作,包括材料测试、应用测试、失效分析及可靠性验证。
  • 操作并维护实验室设备及耗材,确保设备性能准确稳定。
  • 优化工作流程,更新标准操作程序(SOP),提升工作效率与质量管控。
  • 与现场应用工程师(AE)、产品开发(PD)、销售及应用支持(AO)团队协作,支持项目推进及技术问题解决。
  • 分析实验数据,撰写简明报告,为项目决策提供支持。 

您的主要工作内容

  • 亲自开展实验室实际操作,测试创新方案,确保按时完成分配任务。
  • 维护实验室安全、清洁,确保符合安全、健康与环境(SHE)标准。
  • 管理实验室耗材库存,协调采购需求。
  • 支持新材料及工艺评估,提供技术反馈。
  • 记录实验结果,保持准确的实验室档案。
  • 协助设备校准、故障排查及预防性维护。

职位要求

  • 大专、本科及以上学历。
  • 两年以上相关工作经验。
  • 良好的英语沟通能力。
  • 扎实的半导体工艺及应用测试知识。
