- Strong track record of managing key accounts and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable working independently and making autonomous decisions.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to take initiative without constant supervision.
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory.
- Fluent in Latvian and English.
