SAP（SDモジュール）を使用した受注オペレーションを中心に、顧客・社内営業・物流パートナーとの調整業務を担っていただきます。
日々のオペレーション対応に加え、データ分析や業務改善にも積極的に関与いただくポジションです。
職務内容
- SAP（SDモジュール）を使用した受注データの入力・管理
- 顧客および社内営業からの電話対応（メイン業務）
- 物流協力会社とのデータ連携および調整（メール・電話）
- 受注システム（WEB／EDI）のマスターデータ更新
- 日次・月次レポート作成サポート（Excel使用）
- SAPデータと顧客オーダー用紙（画像データ）の突合せ・確認
- 新製品情報や顧客ニーズなど、ステークホルダーからの情報収集・整理・分析
- 分析結果をもとにした業務改善提案およびアクションプランの実行
- 受注グループ全体の業務サポート、オペレーション改善への貢献
適したスキル
必須要件
- 3～5年以上の受注／オペレーション関連の実務経験
- SAPを使用した受注～出荷までの一連の業務経験
- 生産管理・物流・ロジスティクス・サプライチェーン部門での業務経験
- Excelスキル（VLOOKUP、ピボットテーブルを使用したレポート作成・更新）
- 現場オペレーションにおける情報収集・整理・分析に前向きに取り組める方
- 社内外関係者と円滑にコミュニケーションを取れる方
- 業務改善・プロセス最適化に意欲的な方
- 英語に抵抗がない方（将来的に業務で使用する可能性あり）
