About this Position
- Lead the development and execution of trade marketing strategies to drive sustainable long-term growth for the laundry category, grounded in shopper insights and customer needs.
- Partner closely with Sales to ensure sales objectives are fully aligned with trade marketing strategies, jointly owning and delivering P&L targets.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to plan, execute and review shopper and consumer promotion activities that effectively attract and convert both customers and end consumers.
What you´ll do
- Manage portfolio and channel assortments and continuously refine pricing and promotion strategies to optimize efficiency across channels and customers.
- Develop a deep understanding of key business metrics (e.g. sales, share, volume, profit) and provide data-driven analysis, insights and recommendations to support current and future business plans.
- Lead end-to-end new product launch processes, including business case preparation, go-to-market planning and post-launch evaluation.
- Lead in-store activation & merchandising to translate brand/shopper insights into impactful POS across key channels.
- Effectively manage the Trade Marketing budget, including annual planning, deployment, tracking and post-activity reviews to ensure optimal ROI.
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor’s degree or above, with 5–8 years of experience in Trade Marketing or a closely related commercial role.
- Experience in a relevant industry, preferably FMCG.
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with solid analytical skills and a proven track record of execution.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across functions and seniority levels.
- High stress tolerance; mature, resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced working environment.
- Self-motivated with a strong “can-do” attitude and ownership mindset.
- A good team player: well-organized, detail-oriented and able to work with a strong sense of urgency.
- Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading and writing).
