What you´ll do

  • You will be responsible for managing demand forecasts and translating them into supply and inventory plans, ensuring high product availability while balancing inventory and working capital objectives.
  • Develop and manage short- and long-term demand forecasts within the S&OP / IBP process in collaboration with Sales, Marketing and Category teams
  • Build accurate demand forecasts based on historical data, market trends and business inputs
  • Translate demand plans into production, deployment and inventory requirements in cooperation with Supply, Material
  • Planning and Co-Packing teams
  • Monitor forecast accuracy and plan execution, identify risks and implement corrective actions
  • Align demand plans with co-packing and packaging capacities, timelines and material availability
  • Optimize inventory levels and structure, including slow movers, NPI and phase-in / phase-out items
  • Support Demand Review and S&OP meetings with analyses, scenarios and recommendations
  • Track planning KPIs, ensure master data quality and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

What makes you a good fit

  • Experience in Demand Planning or Supply Chain Planning within a complex FMCG organization
  • Strong ability to identify risks and opportunities and proactively respond to changing business conditions
  • Proven capability to work in a dynamic, fast-changing environment, requiring constant prioritization and vigilance
  • Strong analytical mindset with confidence in working with large and complex data sets
  • Hands-on experience with planning systems such as SAP APO / IBP or similar
  • Solid understanding of inventory management and supply planning concepts
  • Advanced data and analytical skills as a strong advantage: Power BI (DAX), Power Query, SQL, VBA
  • Very good communication skills in English, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders
