¿Qué harás en este rol?
- Brindar soporte en procesos y operaciones del equipo Henkel correspondiente.
- Cumplir con las políticas, normas y lineamientos internos de Henkel.
- Participar en reuniones operativas y dar seguimiento a iniciativas de mejora continua.
- Documentar procesos para monitorear la creación de competencias técnicas y operativas del personal de planta.
- Colaborar en la creación y estandarización de procedimientos y estándares de máquinas.
- Recibir capacitación en herramientas de mejora continua y participar activamente en todas las formaciones.
- Interactuar con equipos de liderazgo, personal operativo y pares de nivel medio para impulsar mejoras.
Lo que buscamos en ti
- Estudiante de Ingeniería Industrial, Química o otros.
- Inglés básico (lectura y comprensión).
- Conocimientos en Excel (tablas dinámicas, bases de datos). Power BI es un plus.
- Actitud proactiva, curiosidad por aprender y capacidad para trabajar en equipo.
