About this Position
Asegurar el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad durante la comercialización de productos, gestionando reválidas, no conformidades y devoluciones, así como brindando soporte a áreas internas y filiales, garantizando la correcta documentación y operación del laboratorio de control de calidad.
What you´ll do
- Gestión de reválidas Asistencia a Ventas/Customer Service/Logística para resolución de problemas durante la comercialización de productos, reclamos o consultas de clientes.
- Responsable de emisión de informes y reportes del área.
- Mantenimiento y conservación de reactivos e insumos de laboratorio químico.
- Mantenimiento operativo de equipo de laboratorio (compras, reemplazos, calibraciones).
- Actualización de documentación del sistema de gestión del área.
- Responsable por la coordinación de los reportes NCMR en el módulo SAP (notificación, definición de destino, asignación de actividades y cierre).
- Gestión de la transacción ZQ65 y QM01, QM02 y QM02. Gestión de reclamos a proveedores (SCMS). Registro de resultados y/o realización de transaccionesen SAP, por cambio de estado de calidad de materiales.
What makes you a good fit
- Grado universitário completo (Licenciado em química, bioquímico, o similar).
- Manejo de inglés, nivel intermedio.
- Conocimientos/habilidades requeridos: Buena comunicación oral y escrita
- Ser métodico y ordenado
- Se valorará conocimiento en 5S, experiencia previa en trabajo en laboratorios de industrias químicas.
- Buen manejo de relaciones interpersonales.
- Manejo de SAP deseable.
