About this position

What you´ll do

  • Support the Regional Corporate Communications Steering Team with the development and rollout of internal communications initiatives across IMEA.
  • Help localize and implement global internal communications topics and core messages
  • Write, edit, and publish impactful internal news content (e.g., intranet articles, leadership updates, newsletters), maintaining tone, accuracy, and corporate brand alignment.
  • Cascade global internal campaigns across IMEA channels (Teams/SharePoint/intranet/email), coordinating timing, assets, and stakeholder inputs.
  • Partner with the Regional Corporate Communications team to design creative engagement tactics to connect with employees, both online and offline.
  • Assist in the planning and communications support for Town Halls, Quarterly Board meetings, and regional events (e.g., agendas, speaker notes, scripts, presentations, invitations, post-event recaps).
  • Contribute to content planning and coordination, including maintaining an editorial calendar and tracking approvals with key stakeholders.
  • Support basic communications measurement (engagement metrics, attendance, feedback) and propose improvements based on insights.

What makes you a good fit

  • Recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree in communication, Marketing, or Public Relations
  • Strong English writing and editing skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to simplify and communicate complex topics clearly
  • Knowledge of additional languages (Arabic, French) is a plus
  • Creative mindset with interest in storytelling, employee engagement, and corporate culture
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with tools such as Copilot, Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Gemini, or intranet platforms is a plus...
