About this Position

The Business Controller Junior HAT plays a key role in supporting the organization’s financial planning, performance management, and internal reporting activities. The role partners closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate forecasting, meaningful cost analysis, and clear visibility into business performance, while contributing to strong governance, compliance, and the ongoing enhancement of controlling practices. It also helps drive continuous improvement by strengthening financial tools, processes, and methodologies, fostering a culture of transparency and financial discipline across the company.

What you´ll do

  • Collaborate in the preparation of planning, forecasting, and internal monthly financial statements.
  • Provide information, reports, and analyses to support decision‑making across Functions, BUs, and SBUs.
  • Actively communicate controlling‑related topics to Functions, BUs, and SBUs.
  • Monitor cost development versus planned objectives and prepare deviation analyses.
  • Ensure compliance and governance through the correct application of internal and external financial reporting guidelines.
  • Promote financial controlling knowledge and awareness throughout the company.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of controlling concepts, processes, and tools.
  • Support ongoing projects as required.

What makes you a good fit

  • At least 2 years of experience in finance roles, ideally in controlling.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Conversational English proficiency.
  • Desirable: Experience with SAP, IFRS knowledge, and Power BI.
  • Strong analytical skills and resilience.
  • Solid competencies in finance & accounting controlling, analytical tools & reporting, and ERP systems.
  • Strong communication, active listening, and presentation skills.
  • Abilities in project management, conflict management, negotiation, and leadership.
