What you´ll do
- TikTok Content Creation & Channel Management
- Develop, produce, and publish scroll-stopping TikTok videos that bring SexyHair’s brand DNA to life — fun, fearless, and stylist-forward.
- Manage the SexyHair TikTok content calendar, aligned with brand priorities, campaigns, and MSDS-wide social initiatives.
- Translate trends, music, and cultural moments into brand-relevant, on-voice storytelling that excites both stylists and consumers.
- Maintain and grow SexyHair’s TikTok channel, ensuring consistent posting cadence, audience engagement, and data backed optimization.
- Creator Collaboration & UGC Amplification
- Partner with stylists, influencers, and creators who authentically embody SexyHair’s brand personality.
- Identify creator opportunities that align with brand campaigns and product launches.
- Co-create content that blends education, entertainment, and community — from salon transformations to behind-the scenes moments.
- Collaborate with the Senior Manager, TikTok MSDS and Brand Director to ensure influencer partnerships ladder up to brand goals.
- Source, repurpose, and amplify UGC that reflects real stylist stories and community love.
- Content Production & Creative Excellence.
What makes you a good fit
- 3–5 years of experience in social media content creation or community management, with proven TikTok expertise.
- Passion for hair, beauty, and creative digital storytelling — with an understanding of stylist culture and consumer trends.
- Strong creative eye for framing, lighting, editing, and copywriting.
- Deep familiarity with TikTok trends, sound libraries, editing tools, and performance analytics.
- Highly collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced creative environment.
- Prior experience with creator partnerships or influencer campaigns preferred.

The salary for this role is $ 80,000.00 - $ 100,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
