As a Senior Marketing Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of marketing initiatives that drive Henkel’s success. Your coordination efforts within our online project management tool are essential to keep projects on track and ensure timely delivery of key milestones. You will join a dynamic team that values collaboration and innovation, reporting directly to the Marketing Project Manager. In this fast-paced environment, you will actively participate in project meetings, provide status updates, and lead the artwork review and approval process—all vital to maintaining the quality and integrity of our marketing assets. - Coordinate and monitor completion of modules within Henkel’s online project management tool
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are achieved on time
- Gather and manage project and product information for input into required systems and platforms
- Actively participate in project meetings, providing status updates, tracking action items, and flagging issues for resolution
- Lead the artwork review and approval process through the designated online platform
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor's Degree in any course.
- With at least three (3) years of relevant work experience in Administration, Project Management and Coordination
- Preferably obtained from a Marketing-related industry
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is required
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) as well as experience in stakeholder management
- Must have strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, paired with proactive communication and the confidence to raise topics or concerns when needed
- Must be analytical, detail-oriented, and organized, with strong critical-thinking abilities, high energy, a self-driven mindset, and excellent prioritization and time‑management skills; Experience in continuous improvement is a plus
- Amenable to work on a night-shift schedule (9:00 PM to 6:00 AM), and report on a hybrid work set-up in Makati
