What you´ll do
Core Responsibility (approx. 70%) – Post Production Coordination
- Coordinate content post-production projects within the Content Factory.
- Act as a bridge between editors, project leads and external vendors.
- Ensure smooth workflows: briefing, timelines, quality control.
- Support with resource planning, timelines, and tracking of open tasks.
Creative Component (approx.30% or flexible based on workload)
- Translate basic briefings (e.g. 1-pagers or vague “scripts”) into clear, visual storyboards.
- Develop simple storyboards for internal or corporate video formats.
- Work closely with editors to ensure creative concepts are feasible and well-briefed.
- (Optional) Support in sourcing stock video footage or generating scenes using AI tools.
- Visualize short scenes using AI for internal-only videos.
- Understand how video is built from multiple assets and assist in creatively shaping this mosaic.
- Take ownership of smaller creative projects and drive them independently
What makes you a good fit
- Experience in project coordination, ideally in post-production or content operations.
- Creative mindset or background in visual storytelling / video.
- Strong communication skills, self-driven and solution-oriented.
- Ability to translate vague input into structured creative output.
- Comfortable managing processes remotely and steering communication independently.
Nice to have:
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere / After Effects to better interface with editors.
- Experience with stock libraries, storyboarding tools, or AI content generation (e.g. Runway, Midjourney, etc.).

Minimum salary: 1600 EUR gross (Of course, an overpayment is possible depending on the respective training, qualification and professional experience. The gross salary is based on these aforementioned criteria and is finally determined after the personal interview).
