About this position
What you´ll do
- Runs portfolio assessments (scoring, sensitivity analyses, scenario modeling)
- Defines & refines portfolio evaluation criteria (effort vs. i‑NES impact, strategic fit, risk, time-to-value)
- Execute Pipeline monitoring & cadence (dashboards, bottleneck flags) (e2e)
- Maintains end‑to‑end R&D portfolio inventory (scope, status, owners, milestones, risks)
- Decision forums execution support (prepare materials, options, implications, pre-alignments)
- Provides executive storytelling (compelling decks, narratives, one‑pagers)
- Drives stakeholder alignment (pre‑reads, challenge sessions, decisions log)
What makes you a good fit
- You hold a Master degree in Innovation Management, Strategy / Management, R&D / Engineering Management, Portfolio / Technology Management or related
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in above mentioned field
- You are comfortable navigating complex environments and enjoy creating structure where it adds value.
- You combine a data‑driven mindset with the ability to craft clear and compelling narratives for decision‑makers.
- You collaborate naturally with all management levels, build trust quickly, and help teams align around shared goals.
- You communicate fluently in English and feel at home in an international environment.
