About this Position

The APAC Talent Acquisition Specialist drives regional TA excellence by shaping strategy, optimizing processes, and enabling stakeholders. Through data insights, market intelligence, project leadership, and proactive talent pipeline development, the role ensures scalable, future‑ready hiring that supports Henkel’s business priorities and strengthens both immediate recruitment outcomes and long‑term workforce readiness. 

What you´ll do

  • Support and implement the SEA & ANZ TA strategy aligned to business needs and global frameworks.
  • Provide market intelligence, talent insights, and data dashboards to drive better hiring decisions.
  • Build proactive talent pipelines for critical and niche roles; lead targeted sourcing campaigns.
  • Drive TA projects, workflow improvements, and hiring manager capability building
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and HRBPs to shape sourcing strategies and ensure consistent, high‑quality selection practices.
  • Manage RPO/vendor performance and ensure a strong candidate and hiring manager experience across markets.

What makes you a good fit

  • 7+ years in Talent Acquisition 
  • Regional recruitment experience 
  • Strong analytics capability (Power BI, Excel, ATS reporting)
  • Experience leading TA projects, process improvements, or HR transformation initiatives
  • Strong hiring manager engagement, facilitation, and communication skills
  • Experience across both agency and in‑house environments
  • Familiarity with RPO models and Workday ATS (preferred)
