본 직무는 생산 설비 및 유틸리티의 신뢰성 향상, 효율성 극대화, 자동화 추진을 담당하며, 지속적인 개선 활동을 주도하는 핵심 역할을 수행합니다. 유지보수 엔지니어는 주요 엔지니어링 프로젝트를 주도할 뿐만 아니라, 전략적 유지보수 계획을 수립·실행하여 생산라인의 다운타임을 최소화하고 생산성 향상에 기여하게 됩니다.
수행할 작업
- 생산 공정이 효율적이고 중단 없이 운영되도록, 기술적 이슈를 포함한 설비 유지보수 활동을 계획, 실행 및 관리
- 설비의 가동 중단 시간을 최소화하기 위해 정기 점검 및 예방 정비 수행
- 안전 및 생산 기준에 따라 생산 장비를 세팅하고 필요시 조정
- PLC 프로그램 및 자동화 시스템에 대한 실무 경험을 기반으로 설비의 성능과 안정성 향상
- 팀 내 기술 역량 강화를 위해 엔지니어 및 기술직 구성원을 멘토링하고 기술 교육 지원
- 부서 간 협업을 통해 지속적인 개선 프로젝트를 주도하고 실행
- 혁신적인 기술을 도입 및 활용하여 생산 라인의 자동화 및 디지털화 전략을 성공적으로 이행
적합한 이유
- 전기, 기계, 정보통신 (또는 관련 분야) 전공의 전문학사(2년제) 이상 필수
- 최소10년이상 제조공장에서의 엔지니어링 및 유지보수 경력 필수
- 제조 및 유틸리티 설비의 IT/자동화 시스템 구축 경험, PLC-HMI 및 설비–IT 연동에 대한 실무 경험 우대
- 제조 공장에서 자동화 시스템 및 공압 제어 시스템에 대한 실무 경험 우대
- 위험물기능사, 전기기능사 자격 보유 또는 정보통신설비 유지보수 관리자 선임 가능자 우대
- AutoCAD 및 MS Office 활용 능력 우대
- 유관 팀과의 효과적인 협업 및 팀워크 능력
- 운전 가능 및 해외 출장에 결격 사유가 없는자
