About this Position: A person will be responsible for producing according to schedule and SOP, completing supervisor-assigned tasks, ensuring 100% quality and quantity compliance, inspecting equipment and raw materials, entering process parameters, monitoring production, maintaining 5S standards, and promptly reporting any production abnormalities.

About this Position: A person will be responsible for producing according to schedule and SOP, completing supervisor-assigned tasks, ensuring 100% quality and quantity compliance, inspecting equipment and raw materials, entering process parameters, monitoring production, maintaining 5S standards, and promptly reporting any production abnormalities.  

What you´ll do:

  • Follow SHE requirements, Maintain 5S, calibration record and SHE standards in bulk preparation & filling area
  • Inspect equipment and RM according to production plan
  • Follow requirement ISO/TS16949/9001/45001/14001 in accordance with SOP/ work instructions should have ability to handle independently the equipment and the process requirement.
  • Use the system to operate production orders, transfer materials or products on different equipment
  • Monitors the quality of output to identify or discard re-manufacture faulty products
  • Maintains accurate daily production records so that manufacturing performance can be analyzed
  • Coordinate and manufacture bulk batches as per the Planning
  • Operate all production equipment, utility, cleaning agents and testing equipment in a safe manner

What makes you a good fit: 

  • Minimum 3 years of work experience with MSC / Chemistry or Diploma in Chemical Engineering
  • Should be good with basic verbal communication skills
  • To work cooperatively and liaise with people at all levels.
  • Basic computer skills, who will run the automated production lines.
  • Knowledge of firefighting, first aid measures, emergency preparedness and functional skills.
