About this Position

We’re looking for a motivated and curious Apprentice to join our Commercial Excellence team, focusing on Shopper Marketing. In this role, you’ll help plan, deliver and review marketing activities that influence how shoppers interact with our brands in stores and online.

You’ll work closely with our Sales and Marketing teams, gaining hands‑on experience and building an understanding of how brands and retailers work together.

What you´ll do

  • Shape and share activity and launch plans, working cross‑functionally with Commercial Excellence, Sales, and Marketing teams.
  • Identify and utilise shopper marketing techniques to help deliver business goals across all sales channels.
  • Manage projects efficiently to ensure all tasks and activities are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Support the review of shopper marketing activities, tracking performance against agreed goals and KPIs.
  • Ensure the shopper is at the heart of Trade Days, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to bring category strategies and brand marketing plans to life.
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships, influencing internal and external stakeholders and working collaboratively.
  • Work with agencies to translate brand propositions into effective shopper calls.
