About this Position

As a SYOSS Intern, you will be part of the EU Innovation Brand Team of one of Henkel’s most iconic hair brands. From day one, you will gain hands-on experience in international brand management and actively contribute to shaping innovations and communication strategies across markets. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to bring SYOSS initiatives to life. This is not a back-office internship - you will have real ownership, real exposure and real impact.

What you´ll do

  • Support the development and execution of innovations within the Hair Coloration category
  • Assist in the creation of product concepts for consumer testing, including concept writing, claiming and packaging exploration
  • Support in identifying emerging trends, consumer pain points and category opportunities in Hair Coloration
  • Analyze market data, competitor launches and existing consumer knowledge to inform the innovation planning
  • Collaborate with the research team to validate concepts 
  • Facilitate the coordination among cross-functional teams (R&D, Supply Chain, Legal/Regulatory, Finance, etc.) and external agencies to ensure timely delivery of selected innovation projects
  • Track project timelines, budgets and deliverables accordingly and ensure adherence to brand guidelines across all possible touchpoints

What makes you a good fit

  • Student who has successfully passed first semesters of business-related studies
  • Practical experience in FMCG or beauty marketing as well as market analysis and interpretation is beneficial
  • Excellent English language skills, German and other languages are advantageous
  • Firm knowledge of MS PowerPoint, Excel and Power BI
  • Creative mindset with a strong attention to detail
  • Team-player with a high level of independence
  • Self-motivated, creative and open-minded personality

We offer you an attractive salary between €1.050-2.270 gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
