We’re looking for a passionate Field Sales Manager to join our Adhesive Construction business, working with innovative technologies that enable stronger, safer, and more sustainable furniture and building components. In this role, you’ll partner closely with manufacturers and industry leaders across the Nordics, understanding their processes, identifying opportunities, and shaping tailored adhesive solutions that truly make a difference. What you´ll do

  • Understanding the product portfolio and their benefits in order to clearly and convincingly communicate their value to potential customers
  • Servicing & growing the existing customer base through building and maintaining long-term customer relationships by deeply understanding their needs and developing suitable, tailored solutions

  • Delivering persuasive sales presentations to showcase products and services, as well as handling objections professionally to successfully secure business deals
  • Continuously observing market trends, competitors, and industry dynamics to identify new business opportunities early and strengthen competitive advantages
  • Achieving or exceeding defined sales targets and actively contributing to the company’s sustainable revenue growth
  • Collecting and forwarding customer feedback to product and service teams to ensure continuous improvement of the offering
  • Cross collaborating closely with internal departments such as application engineering & certification to support customers technical and certification needs

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in chemistry, wood technology, science or engineering, business or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in sales and sales administration, ideally in adhesives within the construction, furniture & engineered wood industry.
  • Excellent communication & collaboration skills with a combination of a structured, independent working style.
  • High willingness to travel (field service) and strong flexibility (this position involves frequent customer visits as well as regular travel to our headquarters in Düsseldorf and Stockholm).
  • Customer centric and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Very good SAP and CRM (such as Sales Force) knowledge.
  • Capability to work in Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft.
  • Fluent Swedish and English skills, both spoken and written. Additional Nordic languages are considered an advantage.
