Vous serez intégré(e) à la Direction Category & Performance Management de la branche Colles et Adhésifs Grand Public (Loctite SuperGlue, Rubson, Pattex…). Vous accompagnerez les équipes dans la construction et le déploiement de la stratégie commerciale de la branche au sein des différentes enseignes. Les principales activités seront :
Ce que vous ferez
- Réalisation de la Revue de Marché à destination des clients.
- Conception de plans merchandising et présentations aux enseignes.
- Gestion et suivi du logiciel Spaceman (merchandising).
- Analyse de l’assortiment.
- Analyse des performances des catégories via les panels (GFK) et les data de nos clients.
- Réflexion sur les PLV dédiées aux enseignes.
Qu'est-ce qui fait de vous le candidat idéal ?
- Vous préparez un Bac + 4/5 en école de commerce ou en université.
- Intérêt pour la grande consommation.
- Rigoureux (se), organisé(e), avec une bonne capacité d’analyse, notamment des données chiffrées.
- Pragmatique et dynamique, doté d’un excellent relationnel.
