About this Position

Assist employee communications programs to unify employees under the corporate brand strategy cascading to increase understanding & support of employees. Henkel brand management is also a key part of this role, along with implementing internal communications programs in line with Henkel priorities, the strategic roadmap, and the message house. 

What you´ll do

  • Drive proactively local internal channel and develop content creation & curation
  • Manage and organize interactive events
    Support managing corporate media relations and crisis communications, implement agreed strategies, tactics and actions to build up and protect the reputation of Henkel

What makes you a good fit

  • A bachelor’s degree in communications, business, or related field
  • Graduating students or fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Ability to focus on priorities while multitasking and strong attention to detail with high-quality execution
  • Creative, well-organized, and proactive in adding value
  • Strong team player with collaboration skills
  • Fluent in Korean and English
  • MS Office proficiency mandatory
  • Experienced in Adobe Photoshop preferred
