- Liderar todo o ciclo de seleção para cargos profissionais e gerenciais, garantindo tempos de resposta eficientes e uma experiência positiva para os candidatos.
- Atuar como parceiro estratégico dos gestores de contratação, compreendendo suas necessidades de talentos e assessorando-os em relação a perfis, estruturas e estratégias de busca.
- Implementar estratégias de atração multicanal, incluindo bancos de dados, mídias sociais, indicações, recrutamento direto e feiras de emprego, garantindo um fluxo robusto de candidatos para a América Latina.
- Conduzir entrevistas baseadas em competências, avaliar habilidades técnicas e interpessoais, coordenar avaliações e garantir o alinhamento com a cultura organizacional.
- Monitorar KPIs principais, identificando oportunidades de melhoria e otimização de processos.
- Liderar ou participar de iniciativas regionais relacionadas à marca empregadora, diversidade e inclusão, digitalização de processos e aprimoramento da experiência do candidato.
O que faz de você um bom candidato(a)
- Mínimo de 3 a 5 anos de experiência em Recrutamento e Seleção
- Experiência em gestão de processos seletivos para vagas de grande volume e cargos corporativos ou gerenciais
- Sólido conhecimento em entrevistas por competências e assessments
- Proficiência em ferramentas de busca (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search, bancos de dados)
- Proficiência em Excel/Google Sheets e dashboards de acompanhamento
- Inglês avançado e Espanhol a partir do nível intermediário
