About this Position

This role leads the technical team to optimize maintenance operations, ensure equipment availability, and develop the skills of mechanics and electricians. Oversees preventive and corrective maintenance, implements SAP MMA and PM DMS systems, and drives problem-solving and operational excellence across the site.

What you´ll do

  • Guide mechanics and electricians to improve maintenance and build their skills.
  • Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance using PM DMSs and execute regular checks.
  • Maintain equipment availability and manage spare parts and M&R costs.
  • Lead breakdown elimination, solve chronic losses, and coach maintenance leaders.
  • Own SAP MMA and PM DMS implementation, review schedules, and ensure operational alignment.

What makes you a good fit

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in reliability and maintenance or relevant fields.
  • Electrical, Electromechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering degree; CRMP/PMP is a plus.
  • Reliability methodologies (FMEA, RCA, RCM), data analysis (SPC, Six Sigma DMAIC), equipment knowledge (electromechanical systems, rotating equipment, schematics), maintenance planning (predictive/preventive maintenance, CMMS), and troubleshooting complex issues.
  • Vision setting, coaching, motivating the team, and leading by example.
  • Clear technical communication to non-technical stakeholders, cross-departmental liaison, and effective reporting.
  • Problem-solving, maintenance strategy development, budgeting, prioritization, scheduling, and resource management.
